PAYMENT
When you make your booking you are requested to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price via bank transfer or poste-pay or pay-pal cards. Once the deposit has been paid and received you will be sent written confirmation of the booking. The balance must be settled preferably in cash on arrival at the apartment. Please communicate any changes or delays to your arrival times as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
When you make your booking you are asked to accept the following conditions, which apply in the event of cancellations or changes to the booking dates:
For cancellations made:
- 10 days prior to arrival: 100% refund of deposit
- 5 days prior to arrival: forfeiture of deposit
- 1 day prior to arrival: debit of full amount of the booking
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check-in is as a rule after 13:00 on the arrival date. In exceptional cases, where prior notice is given to the owner of the apartment and the rooms are available, check-in may be made earlier and luggage may be left in the apartment. Please communicate your arrival time a few days prior to arrival. Apartments must be vacated by 11 am on the departure date. However, on request and providing the rooms are available, check-out made by made later in the day. booking-policy.
